Labcorp is seeking a remote experienced Global Study Manager to join our Central Labs Services team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Key contact for clients; Liaison between Clients, CRO, and Labcorp
  • Displays leadership to ensure successful interactions between Labcorp study team members needed to provide seamless study delivery to the client.
  • Provides project management oversight; focusing on key client deliverables through budget, risk, and milestone management.
  • Facilitates communications between Client and extended Labcorp study team, including Study Design Lead and Regional Study Coordinator.
  • Performs review of SOW to ensure quality implementation of client specifics and requirements.
  • Manages a portfolio of global, high-complexity studies.
  • Acts as an ambassador on behalf of the client within Labcorp CLS and across Labcorp business units; exemplifies the concept of Signature Client Service through outstanding, personalized customer service skills
  • Ensures that all customer expectations are documented and acted upon in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrates through appropriate self-organization the ability to manage conflicting priorities and to make difficult decisions
  • Able to act efficiently in an environment with dynamic timelines and priorities
  • Accountable for the implementation, monitoring and reporting of performance metrics
  • Actively participates in Labcorp CLS development through continuous process improvement, quality and productivity
  • Work with appropriate internal and external personnel to understand the culture and pipeline of assigned clients
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills that will build strong internal and external relationships to ensure deliverables are on time and within budget
  • Displays appropriate self-organization and ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Participate in functional meetings (eg. CLFs) and provide input, keeping processes up to date
  • Comply with LCLS Global Project Management strategy
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement, quality and productivity
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5 or more years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO industry
  • 5 or more years of experience managing complex global clinical projects, including budget, risk, timeline and stakeholder management
  • 5 or more years of experience in client facing (internal and external stakeholder) and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences
  • Project Management training or certification (PMP, Prince2)

  • Proven ability to think strategically, anticipate challenges, and develop proactive solutions that support client and business objectives

Central Laboratory Services is part of a global contract research organization within Labcorp. We offer the world’s largest network of central laboratories and support global clinical trials testing. A common set of processes, procedures, and instrumentation is offered throughout our sites in Europe, Asia/Pacific, and the United States, allowing us to receive samples globally and provide more than 700 assays across all laboratory science disciplines.

Pay Range: 60-94K

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
