About The Role

The Website Manager plays a critical execution role, ensuring the website is accurate, high-quality, compliant, and delivering strong performance against defined goals. This is an individual contributor role with clear ownership and accountability, not a people management position.

You will work closely with strategy, development, SEO, analytics, and content specialists, translating priorities into effective day-to-day delivery. Each Website Manager brings a specific area of strength (Paid journeys, CMS operations, or Analytics), while also contributing to the overall health and performance of the site.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, operational excellence, and continuous optimization in a global, fast-paced environment.

  • Own the day-to-day operational management of the website, ensuring content, journeys, and experiences are accurate, consistent, and up to date.
  • Manage publishing workflows, BAU updates, and website hygiene in line with agreed standards and priorities.
  • Coordinate website delivery across campaigns, launches, and ongoing optimization activities.
  • Ensure all website activity complies with brand, accessibility, legal, privacy, and governance requirements.
  • Execute optimization initiatives to improve user experience, engagement, and performance.
  • Monitor website health and performance, identifying issues, risks, and opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Brand, Communications, Marketing, Product) to deliver high-quality website updates.
  • Partner with development and platform teams to coordinate releases, fixes, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with SEO and analytics specialists to ensure insights and best practices are embedded into delivery.

You have

  • Proven hands-on experience managing and operating complex, enterprise scale websites.
  • Strong understanding of web publishing, content governance, and digital best practices.
  • Practical experience working with CMS platforms and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Confidence interpreting data and performance signals to drive optimization.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.

It would be nice if you also had

  • Experience specializing in CMS operations, or website analytics.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and organic performance optimization.
  • Experience working on large-scale replatforming or transformation programmes.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and digital compliance.
  • Experience supporting testing, experimentation, or conversion optimization initiatives.
  • Experience in a B2B technology or telecommunications environment.
