About The Role

As a Sr. ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and oversee production operations within the integrated supply chain to ensure efficient, high-quality manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for supervising production teams, coordinating daily activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet production goals and maintain operational excellence.

In this role, you will impact the productivity and quality of production operations, contributing to the overall success and sustainability of the supply chain and business unit. Your leadership will foster a positive work environment and help develop a high-performing team aligned with Honeywell’s standards and objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to schedules.
  • Lead and develop production teams, providing coaching and support to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations throughout production operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance to resolve production issues and improve processes.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3+ years of experience in production supervision or supply chain operations with a focus on manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience managing and developing production teams to achieve operational goals.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and production scheduling tools to monitor and optimize workflows.
  • Ability to enforce quality standards and safety compliance in production settings.

COMPENSATION

The annual base salary range for this position is $89,600 - $120,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
