Euromaster Senior Consultant (EBS) Euromaster is hiring!

What we are looking for

Above everything else: an excellent generalist. Structured problem solving, fast learning, and enough intellectual confidence to be useful in a domain you had never heard of on Monday.

Minimum 5 years in management consulting (Big Four, tier-two or boutique), on operations transformation, process re-engineering, cost optimization or digital transformation.
Proven ownership at senior consultant level - you have taken a work stream from scoping to sign-off with a real client sponsor, without a manager rewriting your work before it went out.
Independent and solution-oriented. Given an ambiguous problem and no team, you build a plan rather than wait for one.
Excellent communication, written and spoken, with people of every background and seniority. Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
Fluent English.
Bachelor degree in Economics, Engineering or another relevant field.
