About The Role

Organisation

Anthos Fund & Asset Management is a values-based asset manager that stewards capital for professional investors who want to create a bigger impact together. We do this by responsibly managing capital in line with the values of sustainability, human dignity and good corporate citizenship.

Founded nearly 100 years ago to manage the assets of the Brenninkmeijer family, Anthos today also welcomes like-minded investors. We provide investment management and advisory services across public and private markets, including equities, fixed income, real estate, private equity and alternative investments.

Anthos is part of COFRA, a sixth-generation family-owned group of investment platforms and businesses active in asset management, private equity, real estate, retail, clean energy and sustainable food. The role offers exposure to a broad regulatory agenda, including Wft, AIFMD, MiFID, integrity risk, governance, monitoring, regulatory change and compliance reporting. You will support the identification, monitoring and mitigation of compliance risks and contribute to a strong culture of integrity and compliance awareness across the organisation.

You will be part of the Anthos Compliance team, which provides regulatory and compliance support across the organisation. • Support the assessment and coordination of compliance incidents, breaches and regulatory enquiries, providing recommendations to management and overseeing remediation efforts.
  • Promote compliance awareness through targeted guidance, training and constructive challenge.
  • Coordinate and contribute to regulatory interactions, enquiries, information requests and thematic reviews, working directly with internal stakeholders and external parties as required.
  • Take ownership of compliance topics, shape improvements and contribute directly to the maturity of the compliance framework.
