We are looking for a talented Exempt Senior Recruiter – Business Unit and Functions to join our Cummins Inc. team in Atlanta, GA .

  • High levels of adaptability, initiative, and interpersonal effectiveness, with a commitment to inclusive and collaborative practices.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Preferred experience in agency and/or in-house recruiting environments, bringing versatility across sourcing and hiring approaches.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems, recruiting tools, and reporting resources to manage candidate pipelines and support hiring visibility.
  • Apply structured candidate assessment and selection methodologies to deliver objective, compliant, and high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Demonstrate expertise in external talent sourcing strategies that attract and engage diverse candidate populations.
  • Provide consultative support to hiring leaders by leveraging sound judgment, business knowledge, and talent market insights.
  • Use data analytics, problem-solving, and data visualization principles to identify trends and drive recruitment process improvements.
  • Foster strong partnerships through effective stakeholder management, collaboration, persuasion, and customer-centric service.
  • Bring an action-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate changing priorities, exercise decision quality, and contribute to positive business results.
