Schedule: Monday–Friday, one night of call per week, one weekend of on-site rounding per month

Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to join our behavioral health team at HCA Florida Memorial Hospital. This role covers adult and geriatric inpatient psychiatry along with PHP/IOP programming, ECT, psychiatric consults, and GME resident teaching, working alongside an experienced, physician-led team and a strong midlevel support staff.

Full-time adult and geriatric inpatient psychiatry position at HCA Florida Memorial Hospital
PHP/IOP (Partial Hospitalization/Intensive Outpatient) program involvement
Access to Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) for patients requiring advanced treatment
Psychiatric consult responsibilities
GME Faculty appointment available – teach and mentor psychiatry residents
Supervise and collaborate with midlevel providers (NPs/PAs)
Collaborative, physician-led practice environment
Strong administrative and clinical support staff

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for adult and geriatric inpatients
Manage adult and geriatric inpatient and PHP/IOP treatment plans
Administer and oversee Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) treatment
Provide psychiatric consultation services as needed
Supervise and collaborate with midlevel providers (NPs/PAs)
Teach, supervise, and mentor psychiatry residents as GME faculty
Work alongside therapists, nursing staff, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in shared call coverage
