Join our Aviation team and gain hands-on experience supporting the planning, design, and delivery of airport infrastructure projects that connect communities and drive economic growth. This co-op opportunity offers the chance to work alongside industry-leading engineers and technical specialists while developing practical skills in civil engineering, project delivery, and aviation infrastructure.

Whether supporting airside pavements, landside transportation systems, drainage improvements, or airport development initiatives, you'll contribute to meaningful projects and gain exposure to every stage of the engineering lifecycle.

Your Impact

Support the design and development of civil engineering solutions for airport and aviation infrastructure projects.
Assist with the preparation of engineering drawings, technical reports, specifications, and contract documents.
Contribute to site investigations, field reviews, and data collection activities to support project delivery.
Analyze engineering data and apply technical concepts to real-world aviation challenges.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including transportation, structural, environmental, and planning specialists.
Assist project teams with cost estimates, quantity calculations, and construction support activities.
Help ensure project deliverables meet quality, safety, and client requirements.
Build your technical expertise while contributing to infrastructure that supports safe, efficient, and sustainable air travel.

The Skills That Set You Apart

Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering degree program at an accredited university.
Eligible to participate in a registered co-op or internship program.
Strong interest in aviation, transportation, and infrastructure engineering.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other engineering design software is considered an asset.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Valid driver's licence and willingness to undertake occasional site visits, where required.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $22.00 – $32.25
MB & ON: $20.50 – $30.25
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $19.50 – $30.25
