About Herewith
Herewith, Inc. is transforming how healthcare organizations connect patients, older adults, and families with reliable caregiving support.
Our technology-enabled care platform helps healthcare organizations address an important challenge across the care continuum: what happens to patients outside the clinical setting.
We partner with healthcare organizations serving individuals who may require ongoing non-medical caregiving, transportation, companionship, mobility assistance, help with daily activities, or transitional support.
Our primary B2B partnership areas include
Dialysis & Chronic Care – Supporting dialysis providers and organizations caring for patients with chronic conditions who need assistance before and after treatment.
Long-Term Care & Senior Care – Partnering with skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, senior living organizations, PACE programs, home health organizations, and other aging-services providers to supplement existing care resources.
Post-Surgical & Transitional Care – Working with hospitals, health systems, rehabilitation facilities, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician practices to provide additional non-medical support during recovery and transitions from facility to home.
Geriatric Care – Supporting geriatric practices, care-management organizations, and healthcare organizations serving older adults who want to remain safely and independently at home.
About the Role
Herewith is seeking a Business Development Manager – Healthcare Partnerships to expand our B2B presence across dialysis, long-term care, post-acute care, geriatric care, and other healthcare sectors serving patients with ongoing caregiving needs.
This position will focus primarily on building institutional partnerships rather than individual consumer sales.
The ideal candidate understands healthcare relationship development and can engage clinical, operational, and executive decision-makers to demonstrate how Herewith can complement existing healthcare services.
You will develop relationships with organizations including dialysis networks, hospitals, health systems, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, senior living organizations, home health agencies, geriatric practices, physician groups, care-management companies, and other healthcare organizations.

Post-Surgical & Transitional Care Partnerships
- Build relationships with hospitals, surgery centers, rehabilitation facilities, and physician practices.
- Position Herewith as a caregiving resource that organizations can incorporate into discharge and recovery planning for appropriate patients transitioning home.
- Develop partnership pathways for patients who may require temporary or extended assistance following hospitalization, surgery, or rehabilitation.
Long-Term & Geriatric Care Partnerships
- Expand relationships with skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, geriatric practices, home health organizations, and aging services providers.

Why Herewith
The healthcare system increasingly recognizes that successful care does not end when a patient leaves a hospital, dialysis center, rehabilitation facility, or physician’s office.
Older adults and individuals managing chronic illnesses frequently need practical support between healthcare encounters.
Herewith is building the infrastructure to help bridge that gap.
Through our mobile and web-based platform, healthcare organizations can connect patients and families with local caregiving support designed to complement—not replace—clinical care.
For our healthcare partners, this creates an opportunity to extend support beyond traditional healthcare settings.
For patients and families, it provides greater flexibility in finding assistance when and where they need it.
