Our partner is a fast-growing data-enrichment company (~$10M ARR) in scale mode, selling into midmarket, enterprise, and strategic accounts.

The Opportunity

Our partner is building its sales-development function from scratch and hiring two founding BDRs. This is a ground-floor role and a clear stepping stone to an Account Executive seat — ideal for a hungry, high-energy person early in their career who wants to outwork everyone and earn their way up fast.

Responsibilities

Drive high-volume outbound (100+ dials per day) with energy and a great attitude
Book qualified meetings for the sales team
Research accounts and personas to sharpen targeting
Learn the full sales motion with a clear path toward an AE role

Requirements

No prior experience required — recent grads welcome
Relentless work ethic and hustle with a positive attitude
Strong academic record and/or standout side projects and a track record of success
Clear ambition to grow into an AE role
Able to work remote in San Francisco
Based in the United States and able to work remotely (this role is not tied to a specific office)
