How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
You will join our Technical Solutions team, reporting directly to the Medium Project Team Technical Solutions Manager. Operating in an international environment across primary and secondary production projects, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams without direct reports. Your work brings key value to our operations by establishing high safety standards, sharing best practices, and building reliable engineering solutions for the gas industry.
- Technical Design & Solutions: Identify and develop preliminary and detailed instrumentation/automation solutions following company standards.
- Costing & Procurement: Estimate project budgets, prepare Request for Quotation, evaluate supplier offers, and support procurement through purchase order definition, documentation, and inspections.
- Documentation & Risk: Create technical data sheets, specifications, and bid evaluations while participating in risk assessments to ensure safety and reliability.
- Vendor & Contractor Oversight: Supervise external engineering design for quality, budget, and deadlines, and perform technical audits on critical suppliers and installations.
- Site & Internal Support: Assist site supervisors with technical issue resolution during construction and deliver internal training on sizing/costing tool
Are you a MATCH?
- Degree in electronic engineering, automation engineering, or a related electronic technician diploma
- You bring at least 3-5 of experience in electricity and instrumentation within an industrial primary production environment.
- Technical knowledge of industrial plant engineering, including control systems, analyzers, instrumentation, control valves, and safety valves.
- Know how to research and apply European and local technical standards
- Must have: proficiency in English and Italian.
- Show strong communication skills, analytical thinking, rigor, and effective priority management.
- Proactive leadership style and a collaborative approach
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
- Available for travel within national and European countries for site or client activities.
La fascia retributiva per questa posizione in Italia è compresa tra €50.0000 e €70.000 lordi.
