About The Role

The Associate Manager – SAP IBP Response & Supply Time Series will design, configure, and deliver SAP Integrated Business Planning solutions for our clients, driving successful end‑to‑end implementations and expanding the IBP services portfolio. This role partners closely with sales and delivery teams, mentors junior consultants, and contributes to the creation of reusable assets and accelerators. The incumbent will leverage deep supply‑chain planning expertise across multiple industries to align solutions with Bristlecone's strategic objectives.

  • Design and lead successful SAP IBP implementations in customer organizations.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to grow IBP services aligned with company strategy.
  • Mentor and coach junior IBP team members on best practices and technical skills.
  • Develop and maintain IBP assets, accelerators, and reusable solution components.
  • Ensure delivery of at least two end‑to‑end IBP implementations (excluding rollouts).
  • Provide expertise in supply‑chain planning processes and the SCOR model.
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert across at least two industries (e.g., CPG, Chemical, Automotive, Life Sciences).
  • Support pre‑sales activities, including solution design and proposal development.
  • Monitor project health, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Stay current with SAP IBP roadmap and emerging planning technologies.
  • Graduate in Engineering; MBA, MTech, or MS in Operations Management/SCM preferred.
  • 10+ years of supply‑chain planning experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with SAP IBP.
  • Experience with SAP APO or other planning solutions is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of end‑to‑end supply‑chain planning processes.
  • Familiarity with the SCOR model and technology‑agnostic process design.
  • Proven expertise in at least two industries such as CPG, Chemical, Automotive, or Life Sciences.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver full‑cycle IBP implementations.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
