About The Role

The Associate Manager – SAP IBP Response & Supply Order Series will design, implement, and scale SAP Integrated Business Planning solutions for our clients. Working closely with sales, delivery, and senior leadership, you will drive the services business, mentor junior consultants, and develop reusable assets and accelerators to enhance delivery excellence across multiple industries.

  • Design and lead successful end‑to‑end SAP IBP implementations for customer organizations.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to expand the IBP services portfolio in line with company strategy.
  • Mentor and coach junior IBP team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and maintain IBP assets, accelerators, and best‑practice templates for rapid deployment.
  • Ensure at least two complete IBP implementations (excluding roll‑outs) are delivered on schedule.
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert on supply chain planning processes and the SCOR model.
  • Provide guidance on integration of SAP IBP with existing ERP and planning systems.
  • Support pre‑sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client workshops.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and capture lessons learned for future projects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Graduate degree in Engineering; MBA, MTech, or MS in Operations Management/SCM preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of supply chain planning experience, with at least 3 years focused on SAP IBP.
  • Proven track record of delivering at least two full‑cycle SAP IBP implementations.
  • Experience with SAP APO or other advanced planning solutions is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain planning processes; familiarity with the SCOR model.
  • Industry expertise in at least two sectors (e.g., CPG, Chemical, Automotive, Life Sciences).
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across sales, delivery, and client teams.
  • Demonstrated capability to develop reusable assets and accelerators.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
