Responsibilities

Manage production issues or support, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with vendors and stakeholders
Manage vendor contracts and follow up on any issues that arise, ensuring smooth collaboration and service delivery
Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact effectively with vendors, users, and stakeholders
Lead and manage project tasks, coordinate deliverables, and ensure effective communication with vendors and stakeholders
Provide technical support, including knowledge of OS basics such as command line and file/server management

Requirements

in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry
Proficient in managing production issues, vendor contracts, and technical support
Excellent project management and coordination skills, with the ability to lead and manage project tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
Hands-on experience with OS basics, including command line and file/server management
