We are currently looking for an Especialista de Tráfico Linker-2 to join our team in Aguascalientes. This position will be responsible for managing material receiving operations, inventory control processes, and logistics-related system transactions. The role will ensure the accurate registration and validation of documentation for imported and domestic materials, support inventory integrity, and provide service to internal customers, suppliers, and transport carriers while contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
A Day in the Life
- Execute material receiving operations and inventory control processes.
- Review and validate import and domestic material documentation.
- Register logistics transactions in systems such as EPIC, SMEHL, STS, INTER, SCAPE, OSYE, and SUAT.
- Monitor inventory movements and ensure data accuracy within logistics systems.
- Provide support and service to internal customers, suppliers, and transportation providers.
- Detect documentation anomalies and generate provisional adjustments when required.
- Prepare reports related to container reception and imported materials.
- Participate in 5S activities and safety audits.
- Analyze operational performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support inventory execution and validation processes.
- Manage databases and maintain operational tracking matrices.
- Identify and prevent operational issues that could impact Linker communication and service areas.

Who We're Looking For
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Recent graduate or early-career professional.
- Knowledge of inventory control processes and logistics operations.
- Experience or academic exposure to statistical analysis and database management.
- Ability to validate documentation related to material movements.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective time management and project follow-up skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to travel up to 10% domestically.
- Availability to work rotating schedules.

- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Experience working with carriers, suppliers, or transportation operations.
- Understanding of import/export documentation processes.
- Intermediate English proficiency (400 TOEIC points preferred).
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication, logical reasoning, and results-oriented mindset.
