Senior Consultant - SAP-SAP ABAP OOPS

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs and technical solutions .
• Design, develop, and support OData services using SAP Gateway.
• Develop OData services for integration with SAP Fiori/UI5 applications .
• Work on CRUD operations, Entity Sets, Entity Types, and Associations .
• Develop and enhance RICEF objects .
• Work on BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancements, BAPIs, RFCs, and IDocs.
• Debug and troubleshoot ABAP and OData-related issues.
• Perform performance tuning and optimize ABAP/OData services.
• Work closely with Fiori/UI5 developers and functional consultants.
• Perform unit testing, defect fixing, deployment, and production support.
• Prepare technical specifications and documentation.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP .
• Good hands-on experience in OData Services / SAP Gateway .
• Strong knowledge of Core ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP .
• Experience with:
• OData V2/V4
• CRUD operations
• Entity Sets and Entity Types
• Associations and Navigation
• SAP Gateway
• BAdIs and Enhancements
• BAPIs / RFCs
• IDocs
• Debugging and Performance Tuning
• Experience integrating OData services with SAP Fiori/UI5 .
• Good understanding of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA .

Good to Have

• Experience with CDS Views .
• Exposure to RAP .
• Knowledge of Fiori/UI5 .
• Exposure to S/4HANA .
• Knowledge of ABAP on HANA .
• Exposure to SAP BTP.
