As a Senior Associate in SAP Materials Management (MM) at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will play a pivotal role in driving SAP implementation, development, and support activities. Your expertise in Purchase to Pay processes and FI-MM integration will be crucial in delivering solutions that meet client standards and requirements. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing solutions, and configuring systems to optimize procurement processes.
As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment. You will build meaningful client relationships and navigate ambiguity to deliver quality work. Your role will involve anticipating client needs and using critical thinking to break down complex concepts, enhancing your personal brand and technical skills.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to SAP S/4HANA Brownfield projects, supporting the transition from legacy systems and validating procurement process continuity. Your forward-looking mindset will allow you to explore AI and automation technologies for process optimization and improved user experience. Responsibilities
- Planning and executing SAP implementation and support activities for Materials Management (MM)
- Configuring SAP-MM to align with client standards and requirements
- Conducting gap analysis and preparing AS-IS studies for MM areas such as Material Master and Inventory Management
- Creating process flows and documentation for proposed business processes using Microsoft Visio
- Developing presentation decks for client workshops and blueprint sessions
- Integrating MM with other SAP modules and external applications
- Supporting Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workstreams in SAP S/4HANA Brownfield projects
- Participating in fit-gap sessions and performing functional delta analysis between ECC and S/4HANA systems
- Leveraging SAP Ariba integration to maintain procurement process continuity
- Addressing simplification items using SAP-provided tools like the Simplification List
- Collaborating with onsite teams and clients to provide status updates and maintain relationships
- Preparing test scripts and conducting testing post-MM upgrades
- Exploring AI and automation technologies for process optimization and user experience enhancement
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Procurement solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement, SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, or related spend management credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Ariba and SAP Vendor Management
- Excelling in analytical thinking and embracing change
- Utilizing Source to Pay (S2P) Transformation and Spend Analysis
- Leveraging Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) for procurement processes
- Creating process flows and design documents using Microsoft Visio
