Total Value of Remuneration Package

R1 180 843.00 / R1 502 545.00 pa

Grade: 15

Benefits included in the total value of remuneration package (Pension; 13 th Cheque; Medical Aid; Housing Subsidy; Loco Allowance) are payable in accordance with the rules/ requirements of the respective benefit schemes and any revisions that may occur from time to time which may alter the total value of remuneration package. A car Allowance maybe payable and a non-pensionable Market Allowance may be payable in terms of the Scarce Skills Policy.

Key Responsibility Areas

Manage and control all non-commercial leases.
Approve all non-commercial lease transactions and reports.
Conduct complex non-commercial negotiations and finalise commercial lease conditions.
Manage and control staff, recruitment and deployment of staff.
Deputise for the senior manager leasehold.
Foster trusting landlord and tenant relationships.
Participation and involvement in strategic issues.
Monitor and control budgets

Essential Requirements:
Tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Real Estate or Property Management or any other related and equivalent qualification.
Valid motor vehicle driving license
5 years relevant experience of which 3 years must be at a supervisory level.
Computer Literacy.

Preferred Requirements

Tertiary qualification (NQF Level 7) in Real Estate or Property Management or any other related and equivalent qualification.
6 years relevant experience of which 4 years must be at a supervisory level.
