About The Role

As a valued member of our Audit & Assurance Investment Management Practice, you will specialize in audit and advisory services across various Fund Managers, including Private Equity Funds, Infrastructure Funds, Venture Funds, Real Estate Funds, and other financial companies.

You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from some of the largest Fund Managers in the Nordics to smaller, fast-evolving Venture Managers. In addition to audit, your role will include providing advisory support on accounting, financial reporting and tax matters.

You have completed or are pursuing a master’s degree within audit. While aspiring to become a state-authorised public accountant is a plus, it is not a requirement, as we offer multiple career paths to suit your ambitions.

What you bring to the team

A minimum of 2 years’ audit experience with demonstrated ownership and initiative.
Strong analytical skills and an interest in risk-oriented auditing, where the use of analytical tools plays a key role.
Professional fluency in English , both spoken and written, as English is our corporate language.
Familiarity with key areas such as IFRS, IPEV valuation guidelines and tax is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills —you can explain complex concepts clearly, listen actively, and build trust with colleagues and clients.
A genuine commitment to supporting and developing others , even as you continue your own professional growth.
