About The Role

Primary Duties

Conduct daily store audits of key competitor stores on e-commerce platforms, monitoring product information, pricing changes, and user reviews. Organize and structure the collected information, and produce regular competitive monitoring reports.
Maintain close communication and coordination with internal cross-functional teams (Retail, Marketing, TP partners, etc.), sharing competitor insights and market updates internally, and following up on action items to drive execution.
Support daily e-commerce store operations, including but not limited to routine page checks, content reviews for campaign and promotional landing pages, asset organization, and pre-launch information verification.
Manage the distribution of campaign gifts and marketing materials, ensuring smooth and accurate fulfillment processes, and responding promptly to material requests from various channels.
Oversee inventory management of gifts and materials, maintaining accurate inbound/outbound records and regular stock counts to ensure data consistency, and providing timely updates on stock levels and replenishment needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, currently enrolled; Marketing, E-commerce, or related majors preferred.
Basic understanding of e-commerce; familiar with major platforms (Tmall, JD.com ) and common promotions.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint/Word.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and patient with repetitive data and inventory tasks.
Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Available at least 4 days per week for a minimum of 3 months.
