We’re searching for a Sales Executive to support our Sales & Marketing team in driving revenue, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, event organizers, and other key accounts at Crowne Plaza Kathmandu Pulchowk.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be

● Identifying and developing new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, MICE, travel trade, and other relevant market segments

● Supporting the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to achieve hotel revenue and business objectives

● Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, partners, and key business accounts

● Conducting sales calls, client visits, presentations, hotel tours, and site inspections to promote the hotel’s rooms, restaurants, meeting spaces, and other facilities

● Responding to sales enquiries, preparing proposals, and following up with clients to convert opportunities into confirmed business

● Supporting the Sales Manager and Director of Sales in managing key accounts and developing new sources of business

● Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client information, leads, opportunities, and account performance in relevant hotel systems

● Working closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, Food & Beverage, Events, and other departments to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered effectively

● Assisting in the planning and execution of sales visits, client events, promotional activities, trade shows, exhibitions, and other business development initiatives

● Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and business opportunities to identify potential areas for growth

● Following up on leads, enquiries, and business opportunities in a timely and professional manner to maximize conversion

● Supporting account reviews, sales reports, forecasting, and other commercial activities as required

● Handling client feedback and concerns professionally, ensuring appropriate follow-up and maintaining strong long-term relationships

What We need from you

  • ● Diploma or higher education qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • ● Minimum 2–4 years of Sales experience within a hotel or hospitality environment, preferably with experience in corporate, MICE, travel trade, or related segments
  • ● Strong understanding of hotel sales, business development, account management, and customer relationship management
  • ● Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills
  • ● Strong commercial awareness with a results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets
  • ● Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with clients, business partners, and internal stakeholders
  • ● Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads, accounts, and priorities effectively
  • ● Proactive, confident, and self-motivated with a strong passion for sales and hospitality
  • ● Familiarity with hotel systems, CRM tools, sales reporting, and Microsoft Office applications preferred
  • ● Good knowledge of the local market, business environment, and key corporate or travel industry segments preferred
