A Day in the Life

The EMEA & APAC Commercial Operations team partners with commercial, finance, human resources, and operational stakeholders to enable effective sales execution across a diverse and geographically distributed region. The team is responsible for supporting sales force effectiveness initiatives, sales incentive plan administration, onboarding processes, and continuous improvement activities that drive operational excellence and business performance.

This position is based in Prague, Czechia and is designated as a Remote role. No travel is required. As a Senior Sales Administrator, you will support the administration and optimisation of sales operations processes across EMEA and APAC. This role focuses on sales incentive plan (SIP) administration, commercial onboarding, sales force effectiveness initiatives, and cross-functional process improvement.

You will work closely with Commercial, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and country stakeholders to ensure the accurate execution of programmes and processes that support sales performance and organisational efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support sales force effectiveness activities, including territory design, account segmentation, target setting, and sales force sizing initiatives.
  • Administer Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) across EMEA and APAC markets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Coordinate and support the implementation of sales incentive programmes, including special incentive programmes (SPIFFs) and recognition initiatives.
  • Manage onboarding activities for commercial employees, ensuring a consistent and efficient employee experience.
  • Analyse sales and operational data to support decision-making, programme effectiveness, and business performance.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Human Resources, Commercial teams, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve process execution.
  • Lead and contribute to cross-functional process improvement projects that enhance efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness across commercial operations.
  • Maintain reporting, documentation, and operational controls to support ongoing sales operations activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, business analytics, commercial operations, or a related business function.
  • Experience administering sales incentive programmes, sales operations processes, or commercial support activities in a regional or global organisation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting sales force effectiveness initiatives, including territory design, account segmentation, target setting, or sales force sizing.
  • Experience working in a multicultural and geographically diverse business environment.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting tools, including Tableau and Power BI.
  • Experience participating in or leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
  • Previous experience supporting EMEA and/or APAC commercial operations.
