Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Advanced Flight Management System (FMS) team. The ideal candidate will have strong avionics software development experience, mandatory hands-on experience in Flight Management Systems, and expertise in developing safety-critical software in a DevOps environment. The role requires ownership of product quality, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and a mindset focused on delivering optimized and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

DO178 Level A verification experience
V ery good knowledge on C++.
Display products experience will be plus
Design, develop, integrate, and verify safety-critical FMS software.
Work in a DevOps environment, contributing to CI/CD and continuous improvement.
Own product quality and ensure compliance with DO-178B/C standards.
Collaborate with Systems, Certification, and other cross-functional teams.
Works on software design, coding, integration, and verification
Drive software optimization, automation, and engineering best practices.
Mentor team members and contribute to technical excellence.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in aerospace, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
3 to 10 years of experience in avionics software development.
Mandatory experience in Flight Management System (FMS) software development. User Interface skills are recommended
Strong knowledge of DO-178B/C and software design, development, integration, and verification.
Experience working in a DevOps environment with CI/CD practices.
Strong programming skills in C/C++, scripting languages, and embedded real-time software development.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
