About The Role

As an Associate in the CLM Domestic BFSI | Manpower - Back office department, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring smooth and efficient back-office operations. Your role will involve a range of tasks, from data management to client support, contributing to the overall success of our business.

Manage and maintain accurate client records and databases.
Assist in the development and implementation of efficient back-office processes.
Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses and solutions.
Collaborate with the front-office team to ensure a seamless client experience.
Perform data analysis and reporting, identifying areas for improvement.
Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data security.
Support the team in achieving departmental goals and targets.
A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a back-office or administrative role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a client-centric approach.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel, and a willingness to learn new software.
Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.
A self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.
Any additional certifications or training in BFSI operations will be an advantage.
