About The Role
What’s the role?
As a Manager, Strategy and Planning, you'll play a key role in helping shape the direction of Customer Operations and ensuring strategic priorities translate into meaningful outcomes across the business.
Working closely with senior leaders, you'll bring together data, insights and strategic thinking to support decision-making, strengthen business performance and identify opportunities to improve how we operate. You'll lead the development of executive reporting, performance insights and planning frameworks while partnering across a diverse range of operational areas to drive alignment, simplification and continuous improvement.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Sydney, with a hybrid working arrangement requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.
What do I need?
- Experience using data, reporting and analytics to generate insights that inform business decisions and strategic priorities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes across diverse teams.
- Advanced capability in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI.
- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives, manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling narratives.
