About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi

As CRM Platform Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for ACC's Salesforce Platform ecosystem. You will own the platform vision, roadmap, governance, release management, and operational support functions while leading a team focused on platform excellence. Working closely with senior leaders, architecture teams and delivery partners, you will ensure a secure, stable and future-ready CRM environment that supports exceptional customer experiences and contributes to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between.

The appointing salary for this role is $162,707 - $195,248 based on experience. ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme (9% contribution) with features like no mandatory employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance.

Wellington location preferred, other ACC hub locations may be considered for the right applicant.

You will bring

  • Extensive experience supporting Salesforce platforms and applications within a complex enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, LEAN, DevOps, release management and operational excellence practices.
  • Experience managing strategic technology initiatives, platform roadmaps and enterprise stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and executives.
  • Strong customer focus, commercial awareness and strategic thinking capability.
  • Sound understanding of enterprise architecture principles and technology trends.
  • A collaborative leadership style with the ability to drive innovation and positive change.
  • You must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application.
  • Successful completion of a credit check.
