About The Role

As a Quality Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards of our products and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality objectives are met and continuously improved upon, contributing to the delivery of reliable and high-quality solutions to our customers.

You will report directly to our Quality Manager and you’ll work out of our Ciudad Juarez, Mexico location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact product quality and customer satisfaction by implementing quality assurance strategies, conducting audits, and driving corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues effectively.

  • Develop and implement quality assurance plans and processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Conduct product and process audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge and management of documentation control

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • 3+ years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Advanced / Conversational English Level
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, root cause analysis, and problem-solving techniques
  • Proficiency with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and Six Sigma methodologies to drive quality improvements and process optimization
  • Experience with quality auditing, corrective and preventive action implementation, and data analysis tools

WE VALUE

  • Advanced degrees in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and driving quality initiatives
  • Knowledge of supplier quality management and manufacturing processes
