Support manufacturing process and product quality by applying Goodyear standards, quality tools, and problem-solving techniques to improve process performance and compliance.

What You Will Do

Monitor process performance and support quality improvement initiatives.
Apply problem-solving and root-cause analysis tools to address process issues.
Support ISO/IATF standards, audits, and corrective actions.
Assist with technical specifications, process documentation, and compliance.
Participate in assigned quality and improvement projects.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
0+ years of experience; entry-level candidates welcome.
Knowledge of quality systems and problem-solving tools.
Familiarity with Core Tools: FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, and Control Plan.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 preferred.
