Client Success & Process Coordinator

About the Role

• We're looking for someone to own the customer journey after the sale — onboarding, training, follow-ups, and making sure clients get real value from our software.
• You'll work closely with sales, product, accounting, and leadership to build and run the processes that keep customers successful and renewing

What You'll Do

• Direct the onboarding process for new customers — training, setup, early check-ins
• Run regular follow-ups to catch and solve problems before customers churn.
• Coordinate across teams when issues come up and make sure the right people are involved
• Build and improve workflows — not just follow a checklist, but make it better
• Follow through until issues are resolved and nothing falls through the cracks
• Report what's working, what's not, and what needs attention

What you are

• You have experience coordinating people, processes, or projects across different teams
• You don't wait to be told what to do — you spot gaps, ask questions, and move things forward
• You naturally look for what's missing: the question nobody asked, the person who needs to be involved, or the issue that could become a bigger problem
• You're methodical, organized, and strong at following through
• You have excellent written and spoken English
• Your career shows stability and a genuine interest in this type of work
