Shop Helper – Automotive Parts Fabrication

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Shop Helper to support our automotive parts fabrication Manager. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will assist with various tasks to ensure smooth operations and high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities

Assist fabricator in the assembly and fabrication of automotive parts
Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment needed for production processes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop and workstations
Support in loading, unloading, and moving raw materials and finished products
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards
Perform basic measurements and inspections as directed
Help with inventory management and restocking supplies

Skills and Qualifications

Basic understanding of manufacturing or fabrication processes preferred
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Prior experience in automotive or metal fabrication is a plus but not required
