About The Role

The IT Service Delivery Manager is accountable for ensuring that technology services are delivered consistently, reliably, and in line with agreed business outcomes, service levels, customer expectations, and operational governance requirements, in accordance with ITIL 4 best practice and the organisation's Service Value System (SVS). The role acts as the key interface between business stakeholders, customers, technology teams, suppliers, and service management functions to drive service performance, service quality, continual improvement, and operational resilience across the end-to-end service value chain.
