Supply Chain & Parts Operations Coordinator

• Manage and offer administrative support to order desk sales and supply chain functions in the territory.
• Responsible for Parts Demand Planning and Forecasting.
• Oversee warehouse operations bonded and non-Bonded with outsource Warehouse facility
• Responsible for setup and management of VMI agreement with Customers
• Coordinate Freight / 3PL for local and international deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with customs, import and export requirements.
• Manage ERP implementations parts module accuracy – pricing, bin locations etc.
• Manage Backorder and expedite critical Parts for customers
• Support dealer parts inquiries and orders with NIL.
• Coordinate all logistics and delivery to customer Mine sites
• Responsible for parts account receivable to customers.
• Support in Supplier quality issues and claim handling.
• Responsible for processing and issuing parts order confirmations with NIL.
