About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career to develop their skills and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial processes.

Main Tasks

Process and verify invoices for goods and services received
Match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes for accuracy
Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
Respond to vendor inquiries about payments and invoice status
Assist in reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
Support the month-end closing process by ensuring timely invoice processing
Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to resolve payment issues

Qualifications

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting/finance, ideally in an Accounts Payable role
Higher education (preferred majors: finance, accounting, economics)
Very good knowledge of the English language – required
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables)
Strong analytical skills and experience resolving complex problems
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Experience coordinating or supporting tasks within a team
Accuracy, reliability, and strong commitment to deadlines
Would be a plus : knowledge of one of the following systems: Oracle, Optima, or Symfonia (or similar ERP systems)
Would be a plus:  Knowledge of German language.

Additional information
The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Group, Rruga Dritan Hoxha, Laprake and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
