About The Role

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

  • Independently support the global sales network on customer opportunities, including:
  • Valve sizing and selection across the Flow Controls portfolio
  • Application and product recommendations
  • Technical support on requests for proposal (RFQs) and project bids
  • Manage assigned RFQs end-to-end, including:
  • Develop technical solutions
  • Prepare and review quotations
  • Recommend pricing strategy
  • Collaborate with global sales teams, product engineering, product marketing, and technical experts to create alignment between customer requirements and product solutions
  • Troubleshoot field installation problems and specify custom valve solutions
  • Provide training and host Marshalltown Innovation Center site visits for sales representatives and customers
  • Analyze and develop market studies on industry trends

For This Role, You Will Need

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart

  • Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
  • Junior or Senior Standing
