About The Role

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

  • Work in both office and lab environments to support product design, testing, and development activities.
  • Design or modify products using engineering judgment, company standards, and knowledge of applications.
  • Assist with prototypes, lab and agency testing, and apply sound engineering practices to resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers on technical matters and design reviews.
  • Recommend design and process improvements to enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve manufacturing capabilities.
  • Prepare and present test results, manage engineering changes, and provide ongoing support for existing products.

For This Role, You Will Need

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s in engineering
  • Zero (0) years of related experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart

  • Pursuing a bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering
  • GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Prior internship or related work experience
  • Basic understanding of simple mechanical systems
  • Familiarity with use of basic hands and small power tools
