Lead, develop, and execute channel sales strategies and trade marketing initiatives across all non-retail/partner distribution channels (e.g., Food Delivery Platforms, Catering, B2B Accounts, and E-commerce) to drive revenue growth and channel profitability. This role will drive partner relationships, negotiate commercial terms, lead cross-functional execution, and optimize channel performance to achieve overall sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

Channel Strategy & Sales Performance Management

  • Initiate, develop, and review sales programs and promotional plans per channel to achieve company revenue and profit goals across all non-retail/partner channels.
  • Accurately set sales forecasts, revenue targets, and channel promotion budgets for platforms like GrabFood, LINE MAN, ShopeeFood, Foodpanda, as well as B2B/Catering streams.
  • Develop comprehensive channel business plans, trade marketing calendars, and exclusive menu offerings that respond to consumer delivery behavior and channel-specific demands.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, stock availability, and promotional compliance, while monitoring channel margins to optimize Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)

Driving Channel Campaigns & Trade Marketing

  • Design attractive channel specific promotions (e.g., Delivery Bundles, Flash Sales, Subscriptions) to boost order volume and channel profitability.
  • Develop joint promotion programs and co-funded advertising campaigns in cooperation with delivery aggregators and corporate partners.
  • Be responsible for channel visibility, optimizing digital storefronts, in-app banners, and keyword search rankings on delivery platforms.
  • Develop media and promo plans within partner applications to ensure maximum visibility and conversion rate.
  • Manage the allocation of the trade marketing budget across channels effectively for optimal sales growth and profitability.

Business Expansion & Partner Support

  • Identify low-performing delivery areas or store channels and develop targeted promotional activities/boosters to drive channel sales recovery.
  • Develop channel expansion plans, including launching corporate catering programs.
  • Manage relationships, negotiation terms, marketing funding, and support allocations with major delivery platform account managers and corporate partners.

Proactive Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Analyze channel market trends, aggregator algorithm updates, and competitor delivery activities to ensure proactive promotional planning.
  • Continuously monitor competitor pricing, delivery fees, and promotional mechanics to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Track channel sales performance, commission structures, and ROI on trade spend.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor daily/weekly channel sales performance, anticipate factors affecting performance, and provide Management with actionable promotional solutions.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly channel sales reports to the Head of Marketing, including pre & post-promo analysis and key commercial learnings.
  • Provide sales forecasts for the supply chain and purchasing departments to ensure stock availability for campaign spikes.

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
  • At least 5–7 years of experience in Channel Sales, Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, or Commercial Sales, with a proven track record in leading sales or channel management teams (preferably in beverage, cafe, QSR, or FMCG sectors).
  • Strong background and deep understanding of Food Delivery Aggregator platforms (e.g., Grab, LINE MAN), B2B sales models, and partnership management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial negotiation, P&L/Margin analysis, promotional budget management, and sales forecasting.
  • Strong leadership, data-driven analytical thinking, result-oriented mindset, and expert stakeholders management skills.
  • Proficiency in English communication and executive presentation skills.
