About The Role

Services Design and Validation Senior Group Manager leads a global team responsible for transforming new and evolving products and services into scalable, sustainable post-sales delivery capabilities. The role oversees the design, operationalization, governance, enablement, and continuous improvement of the service ecosystem supporting product and service launches. This includes establishing processes, systems, operating models, readiness practices, lifecycle governance, and cross-functional collaboration frameworks to ensure successful service delivery. The ideal leader excels in complex and ambiguous environments, builds structure where ownership is unclear, and guides technical teams through cross-functional initiatives.
