🎯 Obiettivo: creare fino a 6 nuove startup in 3 anni , mobilitando oltre 45 milioni di euro di investimenti complessivi per colmare i gap di digitalizzazione e sostenibilità della filiera.

Novagria Ventures costruisce startup da zero , partendo dai bisogni reali della filiera agroalimentare — dal campo alla tavola — per sviluppare soluzioni innovative in:

Agritech & Smart Farming
Digital Supply Chain & B2B Platforms
Food Safety, Tracciabilità e Sostenibilità
AI, IoT e Biotech applicati al settore agroalimentare

🚀 Il ruolo
Come Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) sarai fondatore-trice operativo/a di una delle nostre prossime startup.
Partendo da una value proposition già pre-validata dal team GELLIFY, guiderai la nascita e la crescita di una nuova impresa:

Validazione di problema e soluzione
Costruzione dell’MVP (anche no-code/low-code)
Test di mercato e primi clienti
Go-to-market e raccolta fondi seed

Al termine del percorso, potrai diventare CEO e co-founder della startup che avrai costruito.
💡 Chi cerchiamo

5–10 anni di esperienza in startup, product, growth, innovation o venture building
Esperienza diretta nella validazione di prodotti digitali e MVP
Forte attitudine imprenditoriale, visione strategica e capacità di execution
Capacità di guidare team cross-funzionali e gestire l’incertezza tipica dell’early stage

Plus: esperienza da founder, fundraising o product-led growth.

🎯 Goal: build up to 6 new startups in 3 years , mobilizing more than €45M in total investments to close the digitalization and sustainability gaps of the supply chain.

👀 What We Do

Novagria Ventures builds startups from scratch, starting from real needs of the agrifood value chain — from farm to fork — developing innovative solutions in:

Agritech & Smart Farming
Digital Supply Chain & B2B Platforms
Food Safety, Traceability & Sustainability
AI, IoT and Biotech applied to agrifood

Novagria Ventures provides you with a powerful ecosystem, a structured method, and both financial and strategic support to help bring ideas to market.
🚀 The Role
As an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) , you will be the operational founder of one of our next startups.
Starting from a value proposition already pre-validated by the GELLIFY team, you will lead the creation and early growth of a new venture:

Problem & solution validation
MVP build (including no-code/low-code approaches)
Market testing and first customers
Go-to-market and seed fundraising

At the end of the program, you may become CEO & co-founder of the startup you have built.
💡 Who We’re Looking For

5–10 years of experience in startups, product, growth, innovation, or venture building
Direct experience in validating digital products and MVPs
Strong entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking and execution skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate early-stage uncertainty

Nice to have: founder experience, fundraising exposure, or product-led growth background.
