🎯 Obiettivo : creare fino a 6 nuove startup in 3 anni , mobilitando oltre 45 milioni di euro di investimenti complessivi per colmare i gap di digitalizzazione e sostenibilità della filiera.

🚀 Il ruolo: Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) —Future CTO

Cerchiamo builder tecnologici pronti a diventare CTO & co-founder di una delle prossime startup che nasceranno dentro Novagria Ventures.

Come EIR sarai il motore tech della futura venture.

Partirai da una value proposition già pre-validata dal team GELLIFY e avrai la responsabilità di

Product & Tech Ownership

Disegnare l’architettura della soluzione (anche no-code/low-code nelle fasi iniziali)
Coordinare lo sviluppo dell’MVP con designer e developer
Validare use case, feature, prototipi e metriche
Guidare la tech roadmap verso product-market fit

Market Validation & Growth

Testare MVP e iterare rapidamente sul prodotto
Supportare go-to-market, acquisire early users e sviluppare primi PoC
Identificare le metriche chiave per PMF

Fundraising & Leadership

Contribuire alla preparazione del round seed
Presentare la soluzione a investitori e partner
Costruire il futuro team tech (engineering, data, AI)

Obiettivo finale: diventare CTO & co-founder della startup dopo lo spin-off.

Un/una imprenditore·trice con anima da builder e forte competenza tecnologica.
Must have

5–10 anni in: Product, Engineering, Tech Leadership, Startup, Venture Building
Provata esperienza con:
Architetture Full stack: sviluppo end-to-end di applicazioni web (frontend + backend + DB + deploy) su stack tecnologico React/Node.js con almeno un prodotto portato in produzione.
Architetture cloud: progettazione e sviluppo di sistemi scalabili, affidabili e sicuri da ambienti Cloud (microservizi / API-first).
Data & integrazione: progettazione di basi dati (SQL + NoSQL), data pipeline di base, integrazione via API.
Security & privacy: principi di sicurezza applicativa, gestione identità e accessi.
DevOps / Delivery: CI/CD, containerizzazione (es. Docker), monitoring, logging.
Esperienza pratica con MVP digitali, prototipazione e validazione rapida
Ottima capacità di tradurre problemi complessi in soluzioni scalabili
Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership, velocità, execution

Nice to have

Esperienza da founder o first-hire in startup early stage
Background in: AI/ML, SaaS, IoT, piattaforme B2B, cloud architecture
Interesse per agritech, foodtech, supply chain, sustainability

🎯 Goal: build up to 6 new startups in 3 years , mobilizing over €45M in total investments to bridge the digitalization and sustainability gaps across the supply chain.

🚀 The Role: Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) — Future CTO

We are looking for technology builders ready to become CTO & co-founder of one of the next startups created within Novagria Ventures.

As an EIR, you will be the tech engine of a future venture.

You will start from a value proposition already pre-validated by the GELLIFY team, and you will be responsible for

Product & Tech Ownership

Design the solution architecture (including no-code/low-code approaches in early stages)
Coordinate MVP development with designers and developers
Validate use cases, features, prototypes, and metrics
Drive the tech roadmap toward product–market fit

Market Validation & Growth

Test the MVP and iterate rapidly on the product
Support go-to-market activities, onboard early users, and develop initial PoCs
Identify the key metrics required for PMF

Fundraising & Leadership

Contribute to the preparation of the seed round
Present the solution to investors and strategic partners
Build the future tech team (engineering, data, AI)

🎯 Ultimate goal: become CTO & co-founder of the startup after the spin-off.
💡 Who We’re Looking For
An entrepreneurial builder with strong technological expertise.

Must Have

5–10 years of experience in Product, Engineering, Tech Leadership, Startup or Venture Building roles.

Proven experience with

Full-Stack Architectures: end-to-end development of web applications (frontend + backend + DB + deployment) using React/Node.js, with at least one product shipped to production.
Cloud Architectures: designing and developing scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-based systems (microservices / API-first).
Data & Integration: SQL + NoSQL database design, basic data pipelines, API integrations.
Security & Privacy: application security principles, identity and access management.
DevOps / Delivery: CI/CD, containerization (e.g., Docker), monitoring, logging.
Hands-on experience with MVPs, prototyping, and rapid validation
Excellent ability to translate complex problems into scalable solutions
Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership, speed, execution

Nice to Have

Previous experience as a founder or first-hire in an early-stage startup
Background in AI/ML, SaaS, IoT, B2B platforms, cloud architecture
Interest in agritech, foodtech, supply chain, sustainability
