對生產線上的操作人員提供技術支援與培訓。

準備與更新製程文件、操作手冊和技術報告。

職位要求 (Job Qualifications)

具備高職或以上學歷，主修塑膠工程、材料科學、機械工程或相關領域。
歡迎應屆畢業生，具備相關實習經驗者優先考慮。
了解塑膠材料特性與射出成型基本原理。
具備基礎的故障排除能力與問題解決思維。
熟悉Microsoft Office套裝軟體（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）。
具備良好的溝通能力與團隊合作精神。
具備基本英文讀寫能力。
有射出成型機操作經驗或相關證照者尤佳。
