Commis 3 for a Pizzeria - Europe

Apt Resources is looking for Kitchen Assistants to join a professional kitchen team to work in a Pizzeria in Montenegro, Europe. The role is primarily focused on maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness while supporting the kitchen team with basic food preparation and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen and work areas.
• Wash, clean, and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks.
• Wash, peel, cut, and prepare ingredients as instructed.
• Support the kitchen team during food preparation and service.
• Ensure ingredients, utensils, and equipment are properly organized and readily available.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies when required.
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.
• Assist with other general kitchen duties as assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, hotel, or similar environment is preferred but not mandatory .
• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn basic food preparation techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Hardworking, reliable, and responsible attitude.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evening shifts.
• Positive attitude and professional approach to work.

Benefits

Salary: EUR 700 on a 1-year contract, accommodation, meals and a flight ticket are also provided, with every Sunday as the weekly day off.
