About The Role

As a CCE, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from creation to execution. Your duties will include reviewing and analyzing contracts, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will also be involved in claims management, investigating and resolving claims, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Review and analyze contracts, identifying key terms, conditions, and potential issues.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments for contract negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and industry standards, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations.
  • Manage the contract execution process, including drafting, negotiating, and finalizing agreements.
  • Monitor contract performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Handle claims management, including claim intake, investigation, and resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of contracts and claims, ensuring data integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth contract and claims processes.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members on contract-related matters.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in contract and claims management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in contract management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations, particularly in the domestic market.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and interpretation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficient in using contract management software and MS Office suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to work.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to industry changes.
