About The Role

What’s the role?

Join a team responsible for delivering and supporting enterprise network services across branch, corporate and international locations. You'll work across both operational support and project delivery, helping to maintain secure, reliable and scalable network infrastructure while contributing to network upgrades, technology refreshes and new implementations. Working with Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco SDA and wireless technologies, you'll collaborate with internal teams and service providers to troubleshoot issues, implement changes and support the ongoing evolution of the network environment. This is a hybrid role with on-call responsibilities and regular office attendance to support collaboration and site-based activities.

What do I need?

  • Experience supporting and managing enterprise network environments, including routing, switching, DNS, DHCP and network connectivity services.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela), Cisco SDA and Cisco DNA Center (DNAC).
  • Knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF, along with network design and troubleshooting principles.
  • Experience supporting wireless networking technologies, including Cisco Wireless and Cisco ISE.
  • Ability to deliver network changes and projects while maintaining operational stability and service performance.
  • Understanding of network security fundamentals, including firewalls, access controls and enterprise security best practices.
  • Experience working within ITIL-aligned processes, including incident, change and problem management.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and service providers.
  • Exposure to network automation or scripting using tools such as Python, Ansible, Jenkins or Bitbucket.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
