About The Role

  1. 负责员工入、离、调、转相关的薪酬手续办理（起薪、停薪、社保公积金衔接、离职结算），并将流程标准化、SOP 化；
  2. 参与月度薪资核算，在发薪窗口期承担考勤数据核对、基础核算等可标准化环节；
  3. 推动所负责模块的源数据模板与提报时点标准化，提升数据质量与处理一致性；
  4. 参与薪酬异常处置与政策演变的知识沉淀，维护团队共享的操作资产；
  5. 在完成本职基础上，参与团队效能提升与自动化相关的小改进。
  6. 本科及以上学历，2 年以上薪酬 / Payroll 实操经验；
  7. 熟悉薪酬核算、社保公积金、个人所得税等相关规则与流程；
  8. 严谨细致，对数字敏感，能承受月底阶段性的高强度工作节奏；
  9. 具备流程与 SOP 意识，乐于将经验沉淀为可复用的方法；
  10. 良好的沟通与跨团队协作能力；
  11. 有主流 HR 系统（如 SAP / 铂金等）操作经验者优先。
