Operational Excellence Manager – JKM Region

About The Role
What will I be doing?
As the Operational Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Drive regional Operational Excellence strategy aligned with OE 2.0 initiatives.
- Establish and monitor productivity benchmarks and KPIs across JKM hotels.
- Ensure weekly LMS reporting discipline and data accuracy.
- Analyze labor productivity trends and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with hotel leadership to improve rostering discipline and labor alignment.
- Lead and support Time & Motion studies across properties.
- Train OE Champions and hotel teams on OE tools and methodologies.
- Identify and share best practices across hotels.
- Support change management and continuous improvement culture.
- Various ad hoc projects as required

- Improvement in Productivity Ratio across JKM hotels.
- LMS reporting compliance rate (weekly).
- Reduction in labor cost % vs budget.
- Adoption rate of OE initiatives across hotels.
- Number of best practices implemented regionally.

This role requires the following language skill
- Japanese (business level)
- English (business level)
In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance or related field.
- 5 years hotel operations or finance experience.
- Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of Time Saver system and reporting.
- Experience with LMS and productivity analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- English & Japanese language skills required.
