About The Role

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Manage planning activities to ensure the production line and pull systems have adequate supply.
Create short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts & continuously improve forecast accuracy.
Align demand plans with supply, production, inventory, and financial plans
Manage demand transitions during product phase-in and phase-out.
Utilize NBS Next tools to drive for leadership level on-time delivery

Education and Experience

Associates or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Business and/or relevant work experience.
3 years in a supply chain or planning role; manufacturing environment preferred.
ERP experience highly desired

Skills and Abilities

Demand forecasting and statistical analysis
Data interpretation and problem-solving
Stakeholder management and communication
Business acumen and supply chain knowledge
Effective verbal and written communication skills
