IVF Consultant

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant IVF / Reproductive Medicine Specialist to join a leading fertility and reproductive healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive fertility care, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage patients undergoing assisted reproductive technologies (ART).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive fertility consultations and reproductive health assessments.
• Diagnose and manage male and female infertility and reproductive disorders.
• Develop individualized fertility treatment plans based on patient history, investigations, and clinical findings.
• Manage IVF, ICSI, IUI , ovulation induction, and other assisted reproductive treatments within the scope of expertise.
• Perform follicular monitoring and coordinate ovarian stimulation protocols.
• Perform oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer procedures where appropriately qualified.
• Manage patients through pre-treatment, treatment, and post-procedure stages.
• Evaluate recurrent implantation failure, recurrent pregnancy loss, and other complex fertility cases.
• Provide preconception counseling and fertility preservation advice.
• Counsel patients and couples regarding treatment options, success rates, risks, and expected outcomes.
• Work closely with embryologists, fertility nurses, sonographers, and other specialists.
• Coordinate with urologists/andrologists for male infertility cases where required.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and Continuing Medical Education (CME).
• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, fertility center policies, ethical standards, and patient safety requirements.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
• MD / MS / DNB / MRCOG / FRCOG or equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology .
• Fellowship / advanced qualification in Reproductive Medicine, IVF, or Assisted Reproductive Technology is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience , including significant Consultant-level experience.
• Strong experience in IVF and assisted reproductive medicine.
• Proven experience in managing complex infertility cases and ART cycles.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, counseling, and patient-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary fertility team.
