About The Role

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant Reproductive Medicine Specialist to join a leading fertility and reproductive healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive fertility care, manage complex reproductive conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients seeking fertility and assisted reproductive services.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive fertility consultations and reproductive health assessments.
Diagnose and manage male and female infertility and reproductive disorders.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on medical history, investigations, and patient requirements.
Manage assisted reproductive treatments including IVF, ICSI, IUI, and ovulation induction where applicable.
Perform follicular monitoring and manage ovarian stimulation protocols.
Perform oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer procedures where appropriately qualified.
Evaluate and manage complex infertility cases, recurrent implantation failure, and recurrent pregnancy loss.
Provide preconception counseling and fertility preservation advice.
Manage reproductive endocrine disorders affecting fertility.
Counsel patients and couples regarding treatment options, procedures, risks, benefits, and expected outcomes.
Work closely with embryologists, fertility nurses, sonographers, and other members of the fertility team.
Coordinate with urologists, andrologists, geneticists, and other specialists when required.
Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and Continuing Medical Education (CME).
Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, fertility center policies, ethical standards, and patient safety requirements.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
MD / MS / DNB / MRCOG / FRCOG or equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology .
Fellowship or advanced qualification in Reproductive Medicine / Reproductive Endocrinology / Assisted Reproductive Technology .
Valid or eligible DHA / DOH / MOHAP license.
Minimum 8–10 years of post-specialization experience , including significant Consultant-level experience.
Strong clinical experience in reproductive medicine and fertility management.
Proven experience in IVF and assisted reproductive technologies.
Excellent clinical judgment, communication, counseling, and patient-management skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary fertility team.
