About The Role

Job Description •Sizing and selecting generators, BESS, and auxiliary power components based on complex load profiles, transient responses, and environmental requirements. •Skill in defining the initial Concept-of-Design (CoD), developing early single-line diagrams (SLDs), and supporting sales teams with value engineering to optimize system CapEx and OpEx. •Expert knowledge in multi-megawatt generator synchronization, automatic transfer schemes, and interface logic between BESS inverters and generator controllers. •Direct capability to manage compliance trials, thermal/vibration parameter evaluations, and control integrations of DES system. •Proficient in implementing IoT asset-monitoring solutions, evaluating power quality, and managing thermal and pressure parameter trends. •Defining and leading Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), load bank validation, and integrated system testing for mission-critical builds. •Conducting Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), implementing preventive/predictive maintenance frameworks, and designing zero-downtime redundancy systems. •Coordinating electrical balance-of-plant (switchgear, protection relays, cabling) with mechanical constraints (exhaust, cooling, canopy layout). •Partnering with OEM partners, design teams, clients, and field operations to ensure seamless product delivery. •Ability to manage geographically dispersed engineering teams, sub-contractors, and vendor partners under strict SLA frameworks. •Establishing protocols for critical incident response, rapid fault resolution, and operational risk mitigation on live sites.
