About The Role

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

Coordinate domestic and international transportation activities to support business and customer requirements.
Monitor shipment movement and proactively resolve transportation-related issues to minimize disruptions.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, trade requirements, and company policies.
Analyze freight data, transportation costs, and carrier performance to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with supply chain, customer service, planning, procurement, and warehouse teams to support on-time delivery objectives.
Maintain accurate transportation records, documentation, and system updates.
Support carrier selection, freight audits, and logistics service provider performance reviews.
Investigate shipment discrepancies and implement corrective actions when needed.
Generate and interpret transportation metrics and reports to support operational decision-making.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance logistics efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business performance.

For This Role, You Will Need

Experience supporting transportation, logistics, supply chain, customer service, or operational coordination activities.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency using business systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and process compliance.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Authorization to work in the country where the position is located.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart

Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or global supply chain environment.
Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, or logistics platforms.
Familiarity with domestic and international shipping practices, freight documentation, and carrier management.
Experience supporting freight cost analysis, performance tracking, or continuous improvement initiatives.
Understanding of trade compliance, import/export processes, or transportation regulations.
Exposure to data visualization or reporting tools that support operational analysis.
